    About the Position:

    As an Account Manager, you will work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience. You will help clients solve complex business problems from strategy through execution working across our Service Offerings.

    Responsibilities & Required Skills:

    • Initiate and foster high-impact and lasting executive level relationships at clients
    • Identify opportunities to add value to the client’s organization
    • Identify expansion opportunities through relationships built at the client and by collaborating with delivery teams
    • Proactively manage pipeline across clients to hit revenue target
    • Serve as main point of contact for specified account
    • Lead strategic pursuit efforts on identified opportunities at existing accounts including scoping, pursuit strategy, negotiations, etc.
    • Identify opportunities where Clearsulting service offerings can support target client initiatives
    • Own overall account relationship and expansion efforts at new clients
    • Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to achieve annual revenue goals
    • Lead Executive level introductory / discovery discussions
    • Responsible for qualifying opportunities with Clearsulting SMEs, Practice Leads, to effectively prioritize high impact and high value add opportunities for our clients
    • Collaborate with delivery teams and relationships team to maintain “best in class” go-to-market material (e.g. project output, enablers, approaches, etc.)
    • Initiate and nurture executive level relationships in target accounts
    • Identify opportunities in target accounts for Clearsulting service offerings
    • Maintain a repository of pain points, priorities, previous projects, and qualitative criteria across accounts
    • Develop skills in SalesForce to maintain accurate and up to date CRM data
    • Coach Clearsulting consulting teams in sales and relationship management best practices to enable account expansion
    • Develop Account Management team members
    • Collaborate with Strategic Alliances, Marketing and Sales Operations to influence marketing and sales strategy based on trends in pipeline, intelligence gleaned from feedback from clients

    Qualifications & Desired Skills:

    • 6+ years of relevant experience in sales, account management, or related role
    • Bachelor’s Degree in business-related field of study; MBA or other Master’s Degree a plus
    • A self-starter motivated to make a real impact in a startup environment
    • Able to multi-task and balance multiple priorities at once
    • Able to work independently without constant supervision or direction
    • Detail-oriented and committed to delivering quality work for our clients
    • Curious, eager, and not afraid to ask questions
    • Flexible and open to new experiences

    • Willingness and ability to travel, as needed
