Summary:
As a Consulting Analyst, you will work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive finance management consulting experience. You will help finance and accounting executives at multi-billion-dollar companies solve complex problems, from strategy through execution. You will lead project teams in the delivery of high-quality project outcomes for your clients. This role is fundamental in delivering world-class results for our portfolio of Fortune 500 and Fortune 1,000 clients.

Responsibilities:
- Proactively support multiple workstreams or project teams to execute complex consulting projects
- Demonstrate effective organizational skills and ability to effectively manage multiple and competing priorities
- Display attention to detail in executing work products to ensure the highest quality deliverables and achieve established deadlines
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills; clearly convey complex business concepts to executive audience free of grammatical errors, incorporating best practices for business writing
- Execute multiple project management activities including workplan creation and updates, milestone tracking, risk management, status updates, change management, and communications
- Assist in developing executive level presentations to communicate complex issues and recommendations across process, systems, and people
- Conduct primary research to support issue identification, gap analysis, and solution design for complex client business problems
- Assist with internal initiatives and business development as needed
- Consistently follow all firm policies and guidance for project delivery and internal operations
Qualifications and Desired Skills:
- A Bachelor's Degree (completed or expected to complete) or higher
- Natural curiosity, a can-do attitude, and a team-player mindset.
- Self-starter motivated to make a real impact in a startup environment

- Able to multi-task and balance multiple priorities at once
