Summary:

As a Senior Consulting Analyst within Intercompany, you will work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience. You will help finance and accounting executives at multi-billion-dollar companies solve complex problems across their intercompany processes, from strategy through execution. This role is fundamental in delivering world-class results for our portfolio of Fortune 500 and Fortune 1,000 clients.

Qualifications & Desired Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in a business-related field of study
  • 3-6 years of relevant experience in consulting and collaboration with substantial, complex clients; ideally with a specialization in intercompany accounting and operational transfer price questions
  • Experience with implementation of digital transformation projects with a focus on intercompany transaction processing, intercompany allocations, transaction matching, reconciliation, accounting and reporting processes
  • Foundational knowledge of transfer pricing strategy, intercompany agreements, and transfer pricing maintenance
  • Understanding of BlackLine’s intercompany capabilities (or similar technology) and solutions for end-to-end intercompany processing, including implementation experience
  • High level understanding of transfer pricing methodology and indirect taxes with related impacts on intercompany processing
  • Knowledge of intercompany invoicing and transactional tradeflows, intercompany netting, and settlement processes
  • Ability to deep dive and understand end to end intercompany tradeflows and compare client processes to leading practices to make recommendations
  • Familiarization with implementing efficient finance processes as well as digitalization of business processes – from strategy development, concept preparation and process design to the optimization and implementation
  • Understanding of functional problems in internal and cross-border processes
  • Experience implementing capabilities in one or more of the following technologies: SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, SAP Central Finance, SAP Module FI/CO, SAP PaPM, BlackLine
  • Experience with System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) principles, leading practices, and execution a plus (i.e., requirements gathering, solution design and testing cycles)
  • Participate and provide meaningful insight in client engagements involving assessment, finance transformation, vendor selections, and implementations
  • Strong project management experience including workplan creation and updates, milestones tracking, risk management, status updates, change management and communications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; clearly convey complex business concepts to executive audience free of grammatical errors, incorporating leading practices for business writing
  • Effective organizational skills and ability to effectively manage multiple and competing priorities

  • Willingness and ability to travel occasionally
